Ingredients for Cauliflower Steak

A cauliflower (probably 600g to 1kg), 2tsp Tumeric, 1/4 tsp salt, 3tsp roasted almonds, 4 dates, finely chopped cilantro leaves, 55-60 ml Olive oil, 2tsp gochujang, 2tsp lime juice, 1tsp honey

Apart from the ingredients mentioned, you can add more toppings of your choice and add your own flavor.

Procedure for making Cauliflower Steak

Expunging the unnecessary leaves of cauliflower, and the tough stem, thoroughly wash it. Then, without distorting the shape of the flower, cut the cauliflower into slices to give it a nice appearance.

As we will add cilantro leaves as our toppings, finely chop the leaves too, and if you are adding more topping, then you can slice it down. In the meantime, take a big round bowl, whisk oil, turmeric, and salt together.

After this, coat the cauliflower slices with this batter, and place them on the oven tray. When you are done coating all the steaks, add cilantro, dates, almonds, honey, and then, put the tray in the oven.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celcius/423 Fahrenheit. After it is nicely cooked, you can spread gochujang on top of it, and serve it with rice or any other food of your choice.
