Vanessa Papa from Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Queer Love is a 30-year-old influencer who grew up in NJ but currently lives in Los Angeles. Since her birthday has not been revealed yet, we’re unaware of her zodiac sign as well. As Reddit users inquired, you can follow her on Instagram at (@itsvanessapapa).
Following in the success of The Ultimatum: Marry Or Move On, Netflix is back with a queer version of the show. The Ultimatum: Queer Love features five LGBTQ+ couples with female and non-binary partners in same-sex relationships. The couples are forced to enter into trial marriages in order to decide whether they will leave and remarry their original partner, depart with a new partner, or remain single.
Vanessa Papa, who participated in the show with her partner Xander Boger, has become the most popular cast member. Without a doubt, she is receiving the “villain title” this season. Though only 4 episodes of the series have been released so far, it is still too early to pass too many judgments before seeing how the remainder of the season pans out.
On the other hand, many viewers, especially Reddit users, have been curious to learn more about Vanessa, including her birthday and zodiac sign. Well, we’ve got you covered.
Previously, we touched on Tiff Der, Rae Cheung-Sutton, and Lexi Goldberg.
Vanessa Papa Is a 30-Year-Old Influencer Who Receives the Ultimatum in the Netflix Show: The Ultimatum ‘Queer Love’ Update!
Vanessa Papa (@itsvanessapapa) from The Ultimatum: Queer Love is a 30-year-old influencer who currently lives in Los Angeles but grew up in NJ. Since her birthday is yet to be revealed, we’re unaware of which zodiac sign she is. Talking about her profession, she revealed in Episode 1 that she makes a living as an influencer saying,
No one knows this, but I’m actually an Instagram influencer. I get paid to do content.
Most influencers don’t advertise their position as such, but Vanessa apparently takes pride in it. Additionally, it doesn’t appear like she is lying. Outside of the show, she frequently tags businesses, organizations, or locations in her activities and travels on Instagram. Although we are unable to confirm it, if Vanessa works as an influencer full-time, she may receive compensation for each mention.

But, according to LinkedIn, Vanessa had worked at different firms in the past. Up to 2022, she worked as an ESL teacher for five years. She worked as a server and an event manager before that. However, she started working part-time as a personal administrator in June 2022. Her work has thus far covered a wide range, but something tells us that’s how the “free spirit” likes it.
Unsurprisingly, Vanessa is the one who receives the ultimatum in the Netflix show, which means she must agree to marry her partner, Xander Boger, at the end of the experiment or risk being dumped or leaving with a new partner.
She seemed eager to start flirting with the other women as soon as she and her partner Xander arrived. However, everything changed when her date with Lexi Goldberg quickly turned the potential lovers into enemies. Lexi called Vanessa out for not completely engaging in the experiment when she acknowledged she didn’t think Xander would find anyone to partner with besides herself. Lexi claimed Vanessa used Xander as a backup. Lexi’s sudden change made no sense to Vanessa. In an interview with Elite Daily, she told
I never understood what happened in that discussion with Lexi. She threw me for a loop. She just started talking to me like I had really offended her. It was a very chaotic conversation and I still don’t have any clarity on really what set her off.

Contestants began accusing Vanessa of going on the show for fame rather than love as the conflict increased. She felt it was hypocritical as she explained,
I think that everyone who chooses to go on TV is choosing to be on TV. So I think that me and all of my castmates had the same reason. I became the scapegoat, and yes I definitely have some acting in my past, but it’s student films and stuff. I was called out for having an Instagram influencer profile. I think when you’re in such a chaotic time, it’s nice to have this one scapegoat where everyone’s like, ‘I’m going to pick on her.’ I think it kind of relieved people of their own stresses because they had someone to focus on.
