Born on 23rd September 1988 in Vancouver, Canada, Shannon Chan-Kent is a voice actor and singer who has lent her voice for a number of animated characters, including Pinkie Pie in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (2010-19).

Prior to fame, in 2003, she earned one of her initial parts in Sabrina’s Secret Life (2003-04), a television sitcom.

The Another Life star Shannon has also performed as an opera singer and holds a Master of Arts in Opera from the University of British Columbia.
