Mikey Day’s Wife: Is He Married to His Girlfriend, Paula Christensen! blurred-reality.com

Mikey Day and his girlfriend, Paula Christensen, have yet to become a husband and a wife as they have never been married, despite being in a relationship for over a decade.

Is It Cake? is an exciting reality baking competition program on Netflix that follows 10 varied bakers as they compete in various challenges and produce hyper-realistic cakes emulating various everyday life things. The program, which is based on the popular internet meme of the same name, showcases amazing and unfathomable cakes that replicate technology, furniture, culinary items, and even garments, which celebrity judges must identify from a series of decoys.

Season 2 of the cooking competition likewise included 10 intriguing contestants, each with their own set of abilities and ideas. Mikey Day, the host of the show, has been getting a lot of attention as well.

And recently, we have discovered that many people have been interested in knowing more about his personal life, including if he has a wife. Well, here is everything you need to know.

Previously, we touched on Corterrius Allen and Liz Marek.

Mikey Day’s Girlfriend, Paula Christensen, Has Yet to Become His Wife as They’ve Yet to Get Married!

Mikey Day (@mikeyfuntime) and his partner, Paula Christensen (@thepaulaverse), openly flaunt their relationship on Instagram. Even though they have been together for more than a decade and share a 10-year-old son together, they are not a husband and a wife as they have never been married.

Technically, Mikey and Paula are still boyfriend and girlfriend. They have been dating after Mikey broke up with actress Selma Blair in 2010. They gave birth to their son, Abbott, in August 2012. In case you’re unaware, Paula is an Argentinian actress known for her role in Modern Family (2009), Tres (2007), and FBI (2018).

Mikey Day does occasionally use Instagram to share images and shout outs to significant individuals in his life. Mikey offered a nice Instagram shoutout to Paula in April 2020, as she took on a vast range of duties throughout the first COVID-19 closure. Appreciating her effort, he wrote,

Appreciation post for my love and son’s mama, who, since quarantine began, has added many roles to the crucial ones she already plays in our family’s live. Including, but not limited to: remote learning technician, home schooling’s dean of student/schedule keeper/part time teacher, commissioner of organizing activities that prevent our son from turning into a stir crazy screen-zombie.

Both Mikey and Paula frequently share each other’s pictures on their Instagram. There’s no doubt the couple loves each other to their core. However, we hope they become officially a husband and a wife sooner. On the other hand, there’s a slight chance they might have been married already but have not announced it to the public. Well, we will get back to you as soon as we get any updates.

He was an active member of El Modena High School’s theatre program as a student. His high school work includes hilarious skits for monthly assemblies and the theme for his homecoming, named Batman. Day went on to study drama at the University of California, Los Angeles, after graduating from high school. He put on a trilogy called ‘Secure the Crown,’ which was a bizarre satire on medieval court intrigues, while in college.

Mikey Day began his professional theatrical career with the Groundlings, a Los Angeles-based improvisational theater company, and received his first break in 2005 when he was cast in MTV‘s Wild ‘n Out. Nothing could stop the UCLA alumnus from then on. He wrote for the Showtime series The Underground, was cast in the 2009 remake of Kath & Kim, and wrote and produced Incredible Crew. From 2010 until 2013, Day was a regular on The Jay Leno Show and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, hosting a TMZ spoof segment.

Mikey’s big break came in 2013 when he was recruited as a writer for season 39 of Saturday Night Live. Nasim Pedrad, a former SNL cast member who had previously worked with Day, suggested him for the post. And the rest is history.
