In the same way, some people have claimed that Zanab Jaffrey (@zanabjaffrey) might have undergone plastic surgery after her participation in Love Is Blind Season 3. As soon as she appeared in the After the Alter episode, many viewers immediately accused her of doing some kind of cosmetic treatment.
As we compared her before and after pictures, we definitely found a few changes in appearance, especially her face. Zanabs cheek and nose do not look the same anymore. We believe she might have injected fillers as well as undergone rhinoplasty (nose job). However, the 32-year-old has neither accepted nor denied any of the allegations as of this writing.
Similarly, many Reddit users criticized her after her transformation. One wrote, Shes gotten a handful of fillers sessions, some went straight to her brain. Cole had dinner with a few of his friends who arent on the show in the first episode of Love Is Blind: After the Altar. He claims that Zanab leaving him on the day of their wedding was one of the grossest things he has ever experienced. Additionally, he accuses Zanab of lying to him and paints a really unfavorable picture of her.
If you need a reminder of why Cole thought the day was so disgusting, it was because Zanab called him out for everything and dragged him about at the altar. During her speech, she said, You have disrespected me, you have insulted me, you have critiqued me, and for what its worth, you have single-handedly shattered my self-confidence. And the messed up thing is I know I love you but love shouldnt feel this way. I cant marry you.
Cole then became upset, wondering why she never told him anything directly. There was just devastation. Thanks to Love Is Blind releasing that video at the end of the reunion, Zanab has documentation for everything she has said about Cole, leaving fans confused as to what she is meant to have lied about.
Cole reveals to his friends that Zanab and he had an agreement before their wedding that they would keep dating even if they said no. Zanab, however, spoke to Cole at the altar about how he had disrespected her during their relationship. And the couple didnt continue dating after the altar.
