Amaury Guichon is the Pastry Academy expert host and judge of Netflix’s School of Chocolate, but his wife Fiona Bergson is his ultimate boss outside of the kitchen.
During his stint on the new program, eight pastry chefs competed for a once-in-a-lifetime reward: a workshop with the confectioner himself.
Amaury spends much of his time out from the kitchen, not serving up sweet-filled meals, with his tattoo artist spouse Fiona Guichon.
She is not only an ink artist, but she also serves as a manager for her partner. The pair seems to travel and work together 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Fiona Bergson, Amaury’s wife, is actually from Canada. She has a lengthy resume as the proprietor of Imperial Tattoo Connexion in Montreal, which is evident by the tattoos covering her entire body. But that’s not even close to the end of the story.
Fiona is a freelance photographer, too, who frequently snaps Amaury preparing chocolate! The Netflix star and Fiona regularly travel together, and the latest trip included a visit to a Thailand zoo. They have already made preparations to return next summer.
The 27-year-old is the head of global operations at the Amaury Guichon Pastry Academy in Las Vegas, which means she’s effectively his boss. Moreover, she’s the chef’s manager, and she never fails to be by his side when he is at work!
She had to forego her life outside of work for four years after launching her own tattoo parlor at the age of 21 in order to manage her business.
Fiona Bergson shared on Instagram that they had little room for hiding secrets because they are married and work closely together.
She wrote,
There are no facades and we have to appreciate each other the way we are. The indelible treasure engraved in our hearts and minds every time we experience something together is everlasting.

Amaury Guichon and Fiona Bergson married during the peak of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic — in winter 2020 – but intend to have a larger wedding when constraints are no longer enforced.
After sharing texts for a few months, they finally met. It wasn’t long until they saw one another in person and began dating! Apparently, it was love at first sight.
Speaking of their nuptials, Bergson wrote on Instagram:
We did a ‘Covid wedding’ last year around Christmas but will celebrate with all our closest friends when everything gets back to normal hopefully in Canada.
It doesn’t appear that the married pair intends to have kids anytime soon, as her work is her top concern right now.
