No doubt, Arabella Chi (@arabellachi) has a very enhanced-looking nose. Not just in Love Island: All Stars, she had the same nose when she appeared in Season 5 of the show in 2019. Of course, it seems as if she received a nose job before she debuted on the show.
However, she has not responded to the accusation. She has never mentioned anything about enhancing her nose. However, we believe her nose is not the result of plastic surgery; we don’t think she has ever received a nose. And here’s why.

If you look closer at the above pictures, you can clearly see she has always had an unnatural-looking nose. Even in her childhood picture, her nose looks way too straight when compared to the nose of normal people. While we’re not saying that she is not normal, we just believe that she has had the same nose since her childhood.
This does not mean that Arabella is all-natural. She has been open about receiving a few cosmetic treatments, including lip fillers and BBL. She received Brazilian Butt Lift surgery after exiting from the Love Island villa in 2019. Taking to Instagram, she said,
So I’ve had the fat melted in my thighs, now this helps to move the melted fat into my bum making it look curvier. My body has changed as I haven’t had time to go to the gym and my diet has not been completely on point. I’m really excited to have this treatment and kinda see what the benefits are.
Arabella Chi’s Dating History Is Quite Interesting!
In Season 5 of Love Island, Arabella Chi dated Danny. However, their relationship didn’t work out. Following Love Island, she started dating season 4 Islander Wes Nelson, and the two even moved in together. Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be, and they split nine months later. Their six-year age difference was one of the reasons they decided to end their relationship.
Recently, Arabella was linked to Portuguese footballer Rúben Dias. Regarding her recent break-up, she stated, “What I’ve learnt from dating last year is that you think you know someone but you don’t really know them at all.”
