During the President’s Cup in September 2017, Woods made his first public appearance with Erica Herman by his side. After Woods posted a picture of the two visiting Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles for a World Series game, the couple made their Instagram romance public within a month.
Herman served as general manager of The Woods Jupiter, Tiger Woods’ signature eatery that opened at Florida’s Harbourside Plaza in August 2015. She met Woods there, and they started working together, a former employee of the restaurant said Page Six.

Herman adds that several Tiger employees tricked her into leaving the residence by having her prepare a suitcase for a trip. She was supposedly informed that she had been locked out of the house after landing at the airport.
According to reports, Herman is asking that a judge nullify an NDA she signed on the grounds that it is invalid. She also asserts that the federal government permits her to discuss “cases involving sexual misconduct or harassment.”
